Shourai Mall

The malls now are extremely technical.
People now stand on a silver pad that then scans the customer.
On a small square pad you select your item and can then try it on instantly without any effort at all.

On his hover board, Quintan rushes to Shourai Mall in fear of being late, again. Due to constant self training and attending track practice during the school week it's exhausted him.
Gee, I need to get a better alarm system.. Maybe I should find one that actually punches you out of your sleep, yea that would help.. Oh, excuse me! Quickly turning and drifting on his hover board he avoids hitting people walking along the streets, though still his speed is reckless is scaring the people walking, driving, skating, and any other transportation method.
Hopefully law enforcement doesn't show up.. I don't have the time. Alright, finally made it! he glances down at his wristband which has a tiny mobile device attached to talk, text, and look at the time. He see's he's made it to Shourai Mall in time to get to the Game Department, where he works. He jumps off his hover board and presses a remote similar in color to his hover board which instantly transforms into a small cubical box which he stuffs in his pocket and quickly runs up to the Game Department

::Entering Shourai Mall::

Hello, Boss! Notice anything??

Boss: Yea actually, Final Fantasy XCV just came out and it will be a hit!

Quintan: Er, yea that's nice. But do you notice anything else?? Has something to do with me...

Boss: Hmm, Oh right your actually on time for a change, good job Quintan you live to work for another day.

Quintan: (saying to himself) I promise boss sometimes just forgets about me at times.

Walking to and behind the counter he leans over and rest his right elbow on the counter with his right hand up allowing his head to rest on his hand while he waits for the hour to strike when people actually starts coming to buy video games.

Man am I tired..

Meru walks through the mall, rushing past the shopping tourists as she pulls up the hood of her jacket which makes it hard to even tell she's a girl.

Meru then walks into the Gaming Department as she picks up the newest Final Fantasy and a interactive robot puppy.
She stands at the counter not speaking knowing her voice would give away her gender identity.

Quintan's eyes catches on to the fully covered customer shaking his head and letting out a soft sigh.

Hey our most valued, yet strange customer. You're not going to forget to pay for those right? Boss would get real upset if I had to tell them the very first Final Fantasy XCV game got stolen...

Quintan stands up straight setting up the computer embedded in the counter table. He touches the screen and puts it into register mode as he holds his hand out waiting for the customer to pass him the items so he can register them in the computer

Meru tried to quickly pass you the items as she dropped the robo dog and fell to her knees to pick it up as she stood again and her hood fell in the process revealing her appearance.

Cocking up his left eye brow out of shock that the customer was a girl all this time he closes his eyes and chuckles a bit taking the items as she recovered herself. He glides the items across the computer pad as the price of the two items show up on the screen. He then switches the computer from register mode to payment mode and being accustomed to typing the card number for this customer he doesn't really need to see her card but just so he doesn't freak out his customers he just goes ahead and asks for it anyway.

Alright, I'll be needing the card you wish to pay with... Ms. ____???

"H-Hayama..." she blushed shyly as she felt awkward to speak to him.
"Meru Hayama," her eyes gazed down at the items as she nervously fiddled with her fingers after handing you her payment card.

After taking Meru's payment card he looks down at pretending to have to look at her card to type the numbers into the computer. He finishes with the card handing it back to her along with her items with a humored smile.

There ya go Ms. Hayama enjoy your new game and dog and you really shouldn't be so shy I don't bite.. much. Hah, just kidding but you come here a lot perhaps one day if we become friends I'll have to challenge you to a strategy game, I'm flawless at those type of games.

Though Quintan learned who this frequent customer was he felt that this was just a but a very small portion of getting to know this shy girl, Meru Hayama. He shrugs in his thought and let's the quick thought go by.

Her eyes widened at your comment as she then smiled softly.

Meru then giggles as she accepts the bag from him.
"YOU? ...Beat me? Ha!" her shyness disappeared if only for a moment as she caught herself.

"I never...really got your name..." she looked down shyly at this realization.
"And you never wear your name tag..." Meru pointed out.

He smiles with his eyes always shaped with determination, seeing her break away from her shyness showing that she isn't just some push-over girl.

Well, Well, looks like the most favored customer is a feisty one when comes to game challenges, as to be expected. But of course everyone who says they can beat me at strategy games never do. You might beat me at a 1 on 1 versus game but surely not a strategic. Oh, your right I never did give my name His eyes looking down to his left chest noticing the missing name tag as stated. His eyes squint with shame for a moment due to him constantly forgetting something with his work attire, but they change back to their normal shape soon after. my name is Quintan Blasot. Please don't call me Mr. Blasot, Blasot-kun, or anything like that. Quintan will be just fine.

Meru disappeared around the corner.

He scratches the back of his head with his eyes closed remembering the name "Quintan-kun" Told her Quintan would be just fine, but I guess I can't complain doesn't sound all that bad actually.

Ok, can I take the next person in line please?~ Well, I highly recommend that you buy Shadows Canon if your looking for assassin like games. ~ Sure no problem may I see your payment card please?

Quintan continues to work until 6 p.m where the other worker comes in to take his spot at that hour. Quintan says his goodbye to his fellow worker companion and his boss. He walks down to the snack stand and gets himself a x2 candy bars sticking one in his pocket, the other already unwrapped and ready to be eaten. As he steps out of Shourai Mall he throws down the red and black cubical device pressing the button on his remote as the cubical instantly transforms to the hover board he leaps on and hovers away from the mall.

Well today was an interesting day at work meeting Meru, now where to go... Hm, yea I probably need to take a stop there before I get too lazy and forget about it.

The music store was always a place where Damien felt the most comfort. Rows and rows of shelves filled with sheet music, instruments of all kinds hanging from the walls, cleaning supplies, and people of all kinds sharing his love for music. It was always a place where he could let lose a smile.
"Excuse me, I'm here looking to help out the store in any way" he called to the apparently empty store.
Hmm that's funny. Never knew stores could feel so hollow.
Damien took a seat near what appeared to be an office.
I guess i can wait, Damien thought as he relaxed back into the chair, getting comfortable and closed his eyes.

After being woken up from footsteps, the manager hires him. He starts work the next day. So Damien leaves to go to a cafe.

It was as quiet as usual in the store. Damien swept in, fingering the shelfs as he went to the back room to clean the place up.

Mizuko walked into the Music store. She glanced around and headed to pick out some CDs from the classical section. She walked over and immediately picked up a few CDs not noticing that Damien was working at the store.

Damien was just organizing some music in order when he spotted Mizuko serching threw CD's. He waited a bit to see if she noticed... When she didn't he sneaked behind her back and put his arms around her, whispering in her ear "Found something interesting?"

She jumped a bit. She was shocked that someone had sneaked up behind her. She looked at the back and saw that it was Damien. She blushed and said "Kind of... Would you happen to have a CD with Beethoven's sonatas only on it?"

Damien couldn't help but chuckle at her flushed reaction.
"Hmm i'll be back in a sec." Damien said going to a section of the store.
When he returned he asked "Would this be what your looking for?" but he hid it behind his back, waiting to see her next reaction.
"Try to get it" he said with a smirk forming on his lips.

After scanning the items Damien looks at the clock behind the register. He chocked back a curse as it was now time for school. Time sure flies, he thought sadly. Hmm one was to make it interesting thou...
"My shift is over, and so i would be delighted if i could escorted you to school today?" he asked with a bright charming smile.
