A hooded figure appears an inch in front of the flood.
"Heh, really? This is all they've got?"
He extends a hand as the whole flood freezes in place. (not literally freezes)



"So...a kid and a bird? Alright then. If this is what they want to give me."
He takes out a small glove and puts it on his hand.
"OK, I have to introduce myself or else it's rude of me.
You can call me Nolce'.
This glove here is a new technological advancement that allows me to strip
mutts of their powers. So...I have introduced myself, it won't be rude now. Sooo~ Get ready..."
he steps back into the water. "Get Set..."

The water begins to move around in strange human like ways.
"GO!!"

It then spreads out and bursts into clones of Nolce'.
All wearing the glove.

They all speak at the same time.
"Think of it as tag, but... you only...get one...shot!!"
Many clones leap towards him, as others appear from the ground below.

A loud laugh echoes throughout the city as the clones arise.
"Thanks buddy, nice moves you've got there." They all say at the same time
mimicking your stance and holding a ball of heat.

"Thanks for sharing,"

Nolce' holds a clone in front of him as it evaporates and he is unharmed,
clouds above taking in the evaporation causing it to rain as the clones re-appear.

This is getting...fun...
"Eruption!" he uses your move on a building causing a domino effect.
"Can you help them too?" he points showing you that the
buildings collapsing are leading up to the hospital.

"You're a funny kid."
Nolce' laughs manically as the target you aimed for was a clone and combusted.

"All I have to do is touch you...but that would be no fun for me." He licks his lips
and chuckles.

"However, I'm a bit tired of taking on the defense..."
Nolce' raises a hand as the clouds turn gray and the city become dark.

Still not here yet...

The flood resumes it's flow passed the mall.
Nolce' surfs the current down and strikes Quintan with a pillar of water shooting him
up into the air at a minimum of 25 feet.

A young civilian laid on the ground.
Wings clasped to her sides with a telephone pole collapsed on top of her;
Nolce' laughs as he grasps her by the throat and her wings turn to ash as wings sprout on his back.

"Mm...nice...I like these...fast too."
Nolce' twitches at the sight of his polluted water.
"Blood helps actually...mm..."

Still not here dammit...

A heavy deep fog forms as Nolce' disappears, but his clones remain
purposely striking with their un-gloved hands to show how easy it would be
to take their powers.

Nolce' is then seen flying towards the electric center with the water rushing through the
streets behind him.

:enters Jack, Meru, and Sherilyn:

Meru looks around as they appear in a ray of light and she feels all tingly to put it lightly.
She sees the rushing water heading towards them as they appeared in the middle of the street.
"Ahh!!" she extends her palms and freezes the water in time. (but can't hold it for long)

"Hey there Cutie," Nolce' appears above her.
"Been waiting for you,"

Meru winces at the word cutie and scoffs at him.
Wait a sec...he looks like...
"Come to me," he extended his (gloved) hand to her.
"We can talk about it in private."
"No way! I-I'm here to stop you!" she blushed and jumped back.
The water would head towards the hospital again in just a few moments.
And more importantly, the cities electricity supply.

Nolce' dodges Quintan's attack and is tempted to touch him, but doesn't.

"Thanks for cleaning it up you idiot,"
Nolce' chuckles as he waves his hand effortlessly and the clouds take
in the evaporation and release it as clean water now.

The water is rushing a lot faster now as it swallows up everyone in
the city that still wander the streets as Meru is trapped in a bubble.
"Mmm~ Got...cha~" Nolce' winks as he pops
the bubble and Meru disappears.

"Mission accomplished. Yo Cleon! Your turn!"
Nolce' laughs and waves to his partner in crime on top of a building.

Nolce' bends the water and begins to send it towards Cleon on top of the building
as Cleon then turns it towards the mall.

Cle'on = looks exactly like Nolce'.

"Why would an energy supply be at the borders of a city? It's in the center!
Underground...beneath the mall!"

The mall is moments away from being torn apart.
