Damien stopped playing notes as he stared at the horizon.
It got dark this fast he thought. Most likely he'd been preoccupied... well more like in a trance whenever he started playing.
He sighed softly as he began playing once again.

Well, excluding one night of extreme pain, he was feeling pretty jolly. But he could tell that Phearis had a general idea already of Zero. He was probably just making sure of his guesses.

"I already said I was sorry master." I know I know....

"To be honest, at first I felt nothing, as in a state of no emotion. When I was asleep though, then it hit me. After struggling with some...intent... I woke up feeling better than ever. Like the teachers said, it helped me a bit. How about you, have an eventful rest?"

Noticing Noboru, Phearis, and Jack having a conversation he appreciates that everyone seems to be getting along. He lays back on the sand outstretching his body with his hands behind his head as he gazes up towards the sky enjoying the fresh soft gentle breeze constantly blowing.

Oh? Daisuke and even that guy named Damien is here. Heh, seems like everyone I've met is pretty much coming to the beach for the special occasion. I wonder where Meru is though. Probably just caught up with something I'm sure she'll be here soon. I should've brought me a bottle water, I'm getting kind of thirsty.

A delivery truck pulled up.
Kowai Cafe' printed on the side.
Meru hopped out of the truck and opened the back as she manipulated the time in her area making it so that she could unload everything and set-up in a matter of seconds.

Meru sat at a table as she sliced the cakes and warmed the smores.
"I really want to leave..." she muffled.
But don't you want your wish...? For Yoshi to return?

The legend of the beach worked perfectly for Meru...
Princess Kokoro's tears of death from a broken heart...
Swimming out to the middle of the sea to escape the denial and despair...
The last words from her lips, pronouncing the undeniable love she had for her loved one...

Meru loved her brother Shiyoshi...
She cried every night from the endless memories and regrets...
And she could never hate him for the beast he created in her, she was
forever thankful.
Emru was the last tie she had to him...
Until after she made this wish...

Damien brought the instrument away from his lips... A wish huh he thought as his graze meet the beach... What wish did he have now that he was free from... No, he shook his head to get rid of the painful memory.
Thou now he might wish for that...
A gurgling sound came from his stomach just then. The snack he had bought from the cafe was already digested in his intestines.
Sighing he got up, made sure his instrument was pocketed safely and headed along the side of the shore.
After having walked quite a couple of feet, he came upon a girlie with blue hair serving cake and smores.
Yum he though as he headed toward the table. Just what he needed, food... and a cutie pie.
"Why hello there" Damien saluted to the girl working at the table giving her a wide smile. "What might a cutie like you be working here all along on this fine, starry night?"

Meru blinked twice as she was approached.
"U-Umm...hi," she blushed lightly.
"I'm an employee here on behalf of Kowai Cafe...We're supplying some food for people here viewing the meteor shower tonight. So...don't be shy. What ever catches your eye let me know."
Meru smiled gesturing to the assortment of treats laid out on the table.

Someone who isn't scared of me...

When something pops virtually out of nowhere, it tends to surprise people.

When Meru popped out of nowhere in a truck and the second after that there were a whole load of tables...

"GAH! Meru wha-" He was going to ask what she doing surprising people out of nowhere, but was hit with a wave of various emotions. Those two again... then again they were more like five...

Zero 'woke up' in his mind. Looks like the master required assistance.

"I am here for you."

"Meru. Why are you in turmoil?" Meru was nice and pretty. If he could do anything to help...and if he could only die her hair pink. If only.

Crap. He needed to find Phearis and Quintan after he talked to Meru.

Noboru was losing control. If his demons were going to rampage, he needed everyone he knew ready.

Quintan looked up at the sky thinking of a wish. Hm, it's been such a long time since he's seen "him"maybe it wouldn't be all that bad. But who knew couldn't hurt to try. Quintan never was one to wish a strict here and now wish.

I wish, at the right time, Raizon should meet me here in Koukou no Shourai.

With that he begins to get up to leave but suddenly he feels the change in Noboru's personality. Quintan shakes his head taking out his gloves and slips them on he walks to a tree on the beach and leans against just watching silently. If Noboru was going to start something Quintan was going to end it. Quintan noticed Phearis about to engage combat so quickly. He would've stopped Phearis but right now Quintan believed Noboru needs to be set in his place.

Conversion of Pleasure and Pain *the flame covering his body suddenly transforms into a lance that has run through phearis for a moment, he laughs as the flame dissipates completely leaving just his large silver wings and a distorted kanji of pain and pleasure on his head. He extends his hand as his rod weapon comes out, instantly it extends to itz scythe mode, phearis rushes towards Noboru, flattening his wings to increase his speed*

As he watched Meru, he felt her emotions.

And he felt he understood her a little bit better.

"I'll leave you, Meru." She needed to work this out herself...well between herselves...you get the point.

As he walked away, he wanted to say one more thing.

"I don't hate you Meru, nor do I blame you for anything you've done wrong. See you later." Maybe this would help her... just a little.

As he was jogging towards Noboru, he felt Phearis and Quintan. Looks like everyone was here... except for one.

"Now is REALLY not the time". Zero reminded him.

Later then... but now he had to deal with the Noboru situation. For now, he would observe the potential fight.

He may distrust Phearis, but he would help his fellow empath if it came to it.
