*Daisuke enters the beach and lays down in the sand, spreading his demon like wings against the warm and soft sand*

"Well I know how much you love fishing, and sonce it's been awhile and we happen to be in one of the biggest fishing--"

*Haha I see then... fine I'll take it. I'll forgive you this time. But NEXT time... you have to swear to let me out.

*Good. Well I suggest you take your clothes off unless you wanna walk home soaking wet.

-Noboru takes off his clothes and with a flash of a bright red light and a splash
Noboru dove into the water

Finally making it to the beach Quintan leaps off his board and before reverting it back to it's cubical stage he takes a good look at with a disgraceful look on his face.

Man, your getting so old. I need to upgrade this thing when i get the chance. . .

He then goes to put it back into it's cubical stage and finds himself a place on the sand in the beach and sits casually taking in the little bit of sun left as night began to approach.

*Phearis appears at the beach, noting the sunset and the view of the water* im sensing...something immense for tonight...my flame hasnt been this excited for along time...ah and im not alone this evening either...Noboru and Quintan have arrived prior to me...

*daisuke enters the beach and looks around*

"Psst! Someone's here... times up. Switch now."

*! Already! Are you sure?

*I can sense them too. If you weren't so busy devouring everything in the sea you'd sense it too.


*Hmm... now that you mention it, I do sense bodies on the beach... how about I play with them Noboru?

"Sorry, the teachers are already pissed at me. Next time."
*Hmmm fine then

-With a flash of gold from under the water, Noboru reaches the surface with fish blood and guts running down his mouth

"Damn it! He never cleans up after he eats!"

:Enter Shitsuren Beach:

Jack strolled into the beach, the breeze blowing his cloak. As he glanced out to the water, he saw Noboru covered in what was hopefully not a student's blood. There was a way to check though.

He activated his powers, glad for the contacts hiding his glowing eyes, reached out and sensed what Noboru was feeling at the moment. With Zero in his mind keeping a 'barrier', he felt more at ease.

He did sense something along the lines of satisfaction of death, but that was not a direct emotion. What was a direct emotion though, was annoyance. Interesting.

"Hello Noboru."

-Noboru sees Jack there and wipes away the blood and guts-
"Why hello Jack. Lovely night isn't it?"

*You stopped my fun for this?!

*To himself- "You can come out later"

"Yes it is." As he greeted him, he sensed frustration. One of the other personalities no doubt. The joys of being an empath...

"Is something wrong?" As long as Noboru was in control, there would be nothing wrong. This beach was beautiful, there was no reason for anything or one to mess it up.

*Phearis noticed Jack appearance along with another consciousness inside of him, a consciousness he could and couldn't read* hmm perhaps my reading served more than one purpose...*he teleports to the 2 classmates* hello Noboru...Jack....here for the festival? or simply satisfying grotesque carnal urges *glances at Noboru briefly as he finishes*

Phearis. Emanating the usual curiosity and bad vibes. There was also a hint of something else...no sense in being mean though.

"Yeah, I'm here for the festival. How are you doing Phearis?"

Noboru. He had a bit of caution in him... he could probably tell he was sensing his emotions. Also a hint of animosity. But he mostly had enjoyment. Good to see. No damage in double checking though.

"I'm not annoying you with my ability am I?"

I'm doing well...i sensed the intent of something great today...so i came here to see what might b happening....no need to be so guarded Jack-san...Change...*a blaze of zilver flame engulfs him before dissipating as he now stands in an elegant regal blue kimono, the kimono gives Phearis a feminine air, as he turns to look at the horizon, he hears Noboru's comment and the feelings it evoked but seemingly payed no attention to it...* jack...ure earlier apprehension seems to b gone...has something interesting happened today?

Noboru. Jack wanted to inquire further, but sensed something like reluctance. He would have to let his question slide for now...too bad, he was curious.

Phearis. Intent. That seemed to be how Phearis defined his powers, so he took this great intent as something of foreshadowing. After all, Phearis had more experience in using empathy, he would be able to sense something Jack couldn't.

Then there was his kimono...fashion was never something he kept up with, but that kimono looked...off.

Phearis was cunning. He had already sensed the slight boost in confidence from Zero merging to him. He probably had an idea of what happened too...

"Interesting. Today should be eventful...and I can't help it. You know why. And yes...something quite interesting happened today...you could say I experienced some unique intent." It wasn't a lie. He did experience it...painfully. But in the end he was glad he did.

Pain Promotes Growth indeed...and i apologize if my sudden change alarms...i felt a bit overdressed for a festival...*phearis continued to process all the information from conversation. 'it seems his powers are reaching a new level...' he chuckles inwardly, suddenly his whole demeanor changes, his mood begins lighter and he seems to be a tad bit more playful matching the feminine air from his kimono*

Jack picked up and handed the clothes to their owner, Noboru.

Zero didn't even let him finish the thought...needs some working on. It was good to see Phearis lightening up a bit.

"Master, Phearis is trying to establish a link." Intriguing. Let it come through, but be ready to terminate if necessary. "Understood."

"What kind of intent do you mean? Machines do possess a certain level of intent that the majority of people cannot comprehend nor see due their nature that can be like human intent. If you're talking about the kind of intent that prompts sentience that can be somewhat understood by the majority, then that would only be possible in some of the most advanced A.I., and even those can't be fully comprehended unless you are a machine."

Or possess an unnatural awareness of them.

-As Noboru pulled his clothes on listening to the conversation at hand he thought, "Well Phearis sure is lightening up... and Jack seems... different..."

*Phearis considered Jack's words and his thoughts...'ah so that explains it...'* hmm well then i thank you for your thoughts on the matter....and i apologize for my manners...how have you been since...*he glances at Noboru before turning back to jack* i hope you werent to distressed...itz not often others touch my flame in that manner....and under those...circumstances...
