A de-humidified room, with a vast temperature increase.

Restraints:
A straight Jacket, that binds his hands across his chest.
A respirator mask, connected to a mini de-humidifier. The mask covers Akigo's mouth and noise and dissipates all but the bare minimum of water in his body. As a result he gains a dehydrated almost mummified appearance.
Covering his feet are vulcanized rubber socks, combined with a metal cell, keeps him from absorbing water.

Travel:
He requires the use of a specially heated metal transportation dock. It has the same concept as his cell. Its shaped like an iron maiden, and even features heated prods, in case of “disobedience”.

"My my...and here i thought, my quiet evening would be interrupted by an orientation...the last one we had was for my brother, o great..."

His voice a dry rasp as if he hasn't gotten any water for a long time. He falls back to a laying down position as he yawns.

"Can they never lower the temperature? It's like an oven in here..."

Akigo is wheeled back into his room as he steps out of his box. He immediately gets on the bed and closes his eyes in rest as if drained of a large amount of his energy.

A few hours later he hears his guard calling him.

"Incubu-"

"Don't you dare finish that. What is it?"

"Aw Incubus-chan is crouchy. Well there's a banquet full of food, but if someone wants to be grouchy..."

"Fine. Just hurry and get the box."

Akigo gets up and walks to his cell door as the guard pushes the box to the door, Akigo steps into it, as the guard wheels him away to the library.
