A gothic cafe' where every employee wears a costume to work.
They have karaoke which seems to be every night as students from the high school usually work here to support themselves financially.
The type of food here is traditional and yet incredibly modern as well as gourmet and pastries/desserts are very popular.

The boss usually posts one theme a week for his employees to present to their customers.
Week of April 1st:
Theme is Spring

"Looks like you can use a hand. Let me take this for a bit."

Meru giggles.
"Nah, just give me a minute," she winks cutely as she tosses 4 plates into the air and performs 2 hand signs as time freezes for ironically; a minute. She manages to serve all of the customers and prepare the food as time returns to normal.

"Mm..." Meru sleepily leaned onto the counter as she held one hand over the stove speeding up the cooking time of the food.
"Are you a new employee here? I don't believe I've met you before."
She questions him as she continues servicing the customers.

"What a cute laugh." *Watches her freeze time in wonderment*
"Yes ma'am I'm new here and they were hiring," as Noboru fetches the hungry masses they're food at what seems like a slow speed

Mizuko,dressed in a mini skirt and blouse, glided across the pavement with her inline skates. She was a few feet away from the cafe."Omg I'm so late the boss is going to kill me. I hope Meru is keeping up without me,"she thought as she made it into the cafe. She skated past Meru and Nobaru "Meru I'm here I'll be out in a bit." She skated to the back. She took off he knee pads along with her elbow pads and changed into uniform. She put all her thing her back and hid it. She walked back out. She removed her note pad from her pocket. She headed to her table, which held customers, an order. She stopped back at Meru."Who is this guy?" she asked.

::Phearis Enters::

*appearing a few feet outside the door, Phearis notices the crowded rushes feeling inside, along with traces of slight panic* interesting...*Phearis walks in noticing the rush as he seats himself at a small booth by the window, awaiting the service of one of the waiters/waitresses*

*To himself-I hope Meru is fine... I wonder what that was all about...
*Walks over to Phearis* "Hello, Welcome to Kawai Cafe. Would you like a menu?"
*To himself-Hmmm he smells strong... I wonder HOw strong...*

(Hehe another interesting being...this school year might be interesting after all...he likes fighting as well but his overall emotion pool is rather lacking...)
No thank you, simply a cup of tea please...you must be new here...do you attend the school?

"Why Yes I do. I'm actually new in this town. I'll be right back with your tea."
*To himself-Hmm... what to think of him, he's pretty strong I can tell from his smell, but I wonder what he can do... this will be quite interesting heehee-

(hmm the feelings of the town are shifting i wonder, but first i should find out what happened in here...and it seems this new boy would like to fight me...his intent is strong...he's different than Quintan but still interesting...i wonder how best to toy with both of them...)
*he opens his book and awaits his tea casually*

*looking up calmly from his book as he smiles charmingly*
yes madame everything is wonderful...quite an eventful day eh? i noticed a bit of...commotion*pauses as if contemplating the meaning of the word*...before i came was everything alright?...

*To himself-Hmm... wonder what they're saying...
*A voice from within calls out-COME ON! We're so bored Noboru! Won't you let us out and play?
*A different voice calls out-I don't often agree with HIM but I must say you must let us out soon we need to stretch and scout the area for potential threats.
*"OK. Just not now though... I'll let you out tonight or tomorrow..."
*Both voices-As you wish Noboru
*Noboru takes a breathe making sure that the demons are sleeping and walks out with Phearis' tea
"Here you are sir. Would that be all or would you like one of our fine cakes? Personally, these are some of the best cakes I've ever had so it's not just advertising haha"

*receives his tea and sips it casually* no thank you sir the tea will be all...*Phearis takes out a set of bills giving the waiter a small tip while paying for his tea, as he continues to sip it*
hmm it seems ive grown bored of my book...*Phearis sits for a few more minutes, finishing his tea before he gets up*
(That waiter is pretty interesting i sense several ranges of intent in him...i wonder what tomorrow holds)
*Phearis walks out of the cafe disappearing in a whiff of flame as he reappears in his home.

*To himself-What fun ^^ I think we have a new playmate... don't you two agree?
*The two voices-Yes, indeed we do mwahahahaha
*To himself-Not a bad tipper either. Well my shifts over time to go home and rest.

"Yes. Everything is quiet alright. Just one of my co-workers just had a bit of an episode, but I know that she will be fine with a little bit of rest and time. Though I mean if you aren't partial to interesting things happening then you really haven't been in this restaurant before" she said with a little giggle. She took out her note pad and went to another table.

Ziza strolled up to the cafe twitching her nose, the erratic beat that she was tapping on her legs slowing to a stop. "This is the source of the tasty smell..." she murmured. It had been all of 35 minutes since she last ate and she was famished. Striding inside, she took a seat at a table near the window and started tapping another beat on the table. She noticed a young man picking up tips from a table. "Oooooh Enyx, look. He has demons in him, can you see it? He might just be tastier than the cake I smelled down the block..." she whispered. A chuckle resounded in her head. -Ziza, control yourself. Do you remember what happened last time? We must get to know him before we...have fun. Enyx admonished. Ziza pouted and her tapping fingers started to move in circles.

Ziza stared at the young man who sat in front of her. He obviously didn't know who she was, but...He's kind of cute Enyx. Not chewable but still....edible. She thought to her brother. Enyx moved restlessly around her consciousness, agitated by the train of her thoughts. You do know that I live in this mind too, right? I'm not interested so shed some mercy. Answer his question before you drool on the table,he retorted. Presenting the boy with her most mischievous smile, Ziza slowed her tapping to a lazy but precise, predatory beat that reminisced of some long forgotten demon's heartbeat. She adjusted her hands so that she moved in triangles. "No, I do not play drums. I like to listen to them although most people play with beats that are too...predictable." Ziza tilted her head and blinked slowly letting Enyx's displeasure show in them. Just to throw him off a little. I wonder if he's trying to read me, she thought curiously.
