Meru looks around as if guilty of something as she takes a seat.
An employee should get their own things hmm?
She walked into the kitchen and got her apron off the wall and put it on,
though it wasn't time for her shift.
She placed the appropriate amount of money in the register as she
took a slice of banana creme cake and some warm vanilla honey milk.

Is it illegal...? What I'm about to do...?
Well, consider it this way...no one else does it on a daily basis,
so yes, 'tis illegal.

Meru sat in a booth, day dreaming a stare into her mug.

XXX Tziphora looked up, a little shocked. This girl knew her name. How rude that Tziphora didn't even know her's. She felt kind of embarrased. A light blush that matched her hair fell across her face. Her hair laid down flat and Tziphora smiled. "Hi,...sorry but could you tell me your name, because I know we are in the same class," she offered her hand. "Other than that I would love chocolate raspberry ganache cake," Tziphora giggled lightly.

Meru jolted upright in her seat.
"Just here early for some lunch before my shift,"
she rubbed the back of her head nervously.

XXX Tziphora sat patiently, happy to make a new acquaintence. She smiled and sang a birds song. She mimicked the sound perfectly rising and falling in both pitch and inflexion. The beautiful thing about birds was their sense of sound. The ability to hear a sound and replicate it perfectly. She sometimes did this without noticing and this was one of those times as she waited for her cake. Then like magic, not really, Mizuko had brought her cake. The first thing to hit Tziphora's nose were the plump ripe raspberries. "Thank you soo much Mizuko," she smiled picking up her spoon.

:Enter Noboru:
"Oh well. Spring Break is here all ready..."
*Yes. What are we going to do in the meantime?
*Let's start a riot!
"... This is why YOU aren't in charge Hajime. I don't know Akio... whatever happens happens."

"Hahaha it is but we're just starting to make friends again, so no riots, massacres, etc."

* Zane enters and see's that their is no one left to serve for today so he goes home and decides to come back another day*

As expected, Phearis had interesting ideas. He could already see how he'd develop these nanites, but also saw all the things he had to compensate for. There was also another issue that arose.

"You don't fail to disappoint Phearis. I can do what you're asking, but I need a few things from you, and I have a few more questions. For the 1st set of nanites, I'll be needing a sample of your blood. I should be able to have this set done in two days, as I have to program them to recognize and destroy poisons, along with carefully tweaking the ability to assist tissue regeneration. For the 2nd set, I'll need skin, hair, and sweat samples. This set will take me at least 5 days, as I need to strengthen the metal and bonds of the nanites in order to form weapons. There is also an issue of security, it should be designed to be unaffected by outside influences, but that relies on something else. Do you have a control system for both sets of nanites? If not, then that will also take me some time to develop a safe reliable system to control them with, though I have an idea. Would you mind if I invented one using your brainwaves to control them? If so, then I'll have to run some tests later to record data."

As Jack finished, he picked up a spoon and took a bite of cheesecake. Delicious. He quickly devoured the defenseless piece of cheescake, enjoying the amazing taste it brought forth.

"Master, do you want to the workshop to start warming up?"

Yes, it's had enough of a rest. Also start up the energy forge in my personal space. Oh, and tell Sherilyn that I'm bringing sweets for her.

"Ryokai. Energy forge warming up."

*Phearis arched an eyebrow and smirked.."I had not anticipated him doing it at such speed..."* Impressive jack-san...Of course everything your asking is perfectly doable...*he slowly takes a bite of his cheesecake, following up with a sip of tea before continuing* and yes i believe brainwaves would be the best method for control...would you like to acquire these samples today?

Zero, you know the drill.

"Yes. The workshop is preparing to produce the rest of nanites when you finish developing and testing the initial test set."

Good.

He wouldn't be needing the samples today. The nanites could be tweaked when he finished creating a test set to identify Phearis' blood as friendly, thus eliminating the risk of the nanites turning on the host's own cells.

As for the second set, that was a bit more complicated. There was no system in existence that could efficiently control the nanites and have them respond in time, he'd need to develop one of his own...fun.

Jack loved being an inventor.

"Thank you, an inventor always loves his talents appreciated. I'll get started on the system as soon as I'm done with the first set, which I'll be starting when I get home later. No, I won't be needing the samples today, they'll need to be fresh for the best results. With that settled, how about we enjoy the time in the cafe while it lasts?"

Meru grabbed her dessert and mug and walked out into the cafe's pavilion where
the rose petals blew in the wind.

Meru stared into the swirly cinnamon in her milk.
I miss it...that warm hand...that warm embrace that's become a foreign language to
me...that kiss on a cheek that can't be described with fireworks or stars because,
it's simply out of this world. Too complex for even us, ourselves, to understand...

*Phearis nods as he takes another slow bite of his cheesecake seeming to savor the taste of the confection* Thank you, Jack for your assistance, tis great appreciated, and yes lets enjoy the cafe...*Phearis finishes his tea as he orders another cup*
