I found myself in love with a human. How stupid of me...

He gently brushed his fingers against my cheek while the new moon hovered over us. Demon He whispered in shock as his eyes shot open to the sight of my wings.

"No...no..NO! Listen..." I pleaded.

He wouldn't listen. He didnt care. My wings frightened him to death. With one swift motion, he pushed me off the bridge where we stood. I let him think I was dead, falling just before the bottom, where I spread my wings out and flew into the night.

I felt my heart sink as the very marrow of my bones were taken from me. My wings sunk as my crimson hair wiped the tears off my face. I sat in a black and gray expanse, with my black feathered wings acting as shelter. The snow gently began to fall. I was only wearing my usual outfit, a small, sleeveless, black lace dress with a cross choker. I couldn't find it in me to care that I was loosing feeling from the cold. The only thing that phased me was my boiling tears streaming down my face...Alone was where I was. I had been left. Unwanted.

Humans would never understand....

* Raiden was happy as can be as he got out of school. He was the first of his year to graduate , he twilred his pencil around quickly. He was excited today was a great day. His teachers didn't bother him about him being insane , which he thought was sane. Because being sane is boring , so being out there and being "weird" made him insane. He was happy that way . He kept moving as he moved thru alleys
I'm out of highschool , and still i'm the only who never had a girlfriend.He was a romantic but well girls in his class didn't care they wanted a guy that could boss them around and be the all star.He didn't care what girl , he could love anyone . He just wanted to see that special girl happy.*
I wonder if love really exists...........

Enough time had passed for me to be in my human form. I was no longer in love with that human, allowing me to transform. Blonde hair adorned me once more. My eyes changed colors, back to the hazel I loved. My wings disappeared under me. Human at last... I smiled, walking into the first store I could find. I bought a white lace dress with a belt adorning the waist. Happily, I walked out of the store with a new dress...and a new identity. The only thing I was allowed to keep was my first name. Aria.

The sun peeked out the clouds and spread its illuminating rays over the skys and deep into my skin. A small pressure started to form in my left temple. Get out of the sun...Find a dark place. Dont waste your time in the sun on something useless...
I walked gracefully down the streets and into an alley covered with beautiful darkness. The pressure subsided in my temple and I proceeded fixing my hair. After being satisfied, I sat down and began to write in my journal when I noticed someone walking down the alley.

Yo ... This isn't a place for a beautiful girl like yourself to be in. There's a park some ways there. There's a beautiful spot , where the leaves surround the bench and you can just spend hours, watching them fall or think.
* he smiled and held his hand out to her , he kept his right hand buried deep in his pocket. He looked it it was going to be a sunny day , but oh well . There was lots shade in the park. He never felt right in the sun
She seems nice , i wonder what happened to her. No girl should be in a alley like this. Taking her to the park leads me away from the Library , but i can make a detour to help a girl.
He smiled warmly at her *

He held his hand out with a gentle smile forming on his lips. I closed my book and took his hand, smiling as well.
"Thank you. I'm just not a very big fan of the sun. Too much gives me a headache." I laughed lightly, looking into his eyes. He has a pure heart...I think I can trust him.
"Im Aria." I said with a smile.

* he took her hand and helped her up. She seemed nice , somehow different but well different is always better . Being the same as everyone else sucks.*
The name is Raiden , people call me Ray . Feel free to address me however you want thou. Because for right now , I will be your guardian till we get to the park,
* he laughed he was bored but saying that felt sane , and not something crazy.
Well the park is not to far , i can take her there and head back to the library. I need to find out about this tattoo that i have, well more ...

He walked with her trying to walk in the shade as much as possible with her. He looked at the park, smiling*

"Its nice to meet you, Raiden." I smiled courteously and followed him to the park. I noticed him walking primarily in shade, as well. We made our way through streets, passing pedestrians, children playing, vendors selling baked goods on every corner. The sun was in the center of the sky with seldom clouds to keep it covered. It felt good to be out of hiding again. Raiden seemed different. His aura was different from most humans. He was different.
I kept following him until he stopped and gazed over to the lush green expanse. The park...
"It's beautiful." I said with a smile.

* I turned my gaze to you , and smiles.
Well i guess this is the end of my guardian ship. If anything well , it didn't take long. Sooo other me let's go since you won't let me know more

I guess this is farewell then , my services are not needed. But yes the bench is further in . You can't miss it
* i pulled out my pencil as i twirled it around in my left hand keeping my right hand buried in pocket*

"Thank you, Raiden. It was nice meeting you." I smiled kindly, and we parted. Taking a step from him, I turned my face in the other direction, gazing upon the children playing in the sunlight. The sunlight. My temple pressed against me, with my eyes opening slightly in pain. I pressed my fingers to the sides of my head while gasping a little. You've reached your limit, you idiot. Find shade. NOW. I sank to my knees, forgetting the people around me. Sounds blurred together and pictures became a kindergarten finger paint project. Slowly, the world turned darker until it turned black.

* Raiden turned on his heel to mention something. He looked confused seeing you on the floor holding your head . The first thing that popped into his head was heat stroke. He took of his jacket and put it over your , covering your face from the sun. As he quickly and confidently he took you the closest tree.*
Hey , you feeling ok ? Is there someone you wish for me to call ?
* I hope she is ok , i shouldn't be out too long in the sun as well but , She needs my help.
He took your temperature and sat down next to you*

I heard his voice last before thinking the sun would kill me. There was a jacket around my head and I was under a tree with someone touching my forehead, moments later. His words blurred together and the most I could force out was "There's no one...I don't have family...too..much...sun" in a faint whisper before completely passing out.

* He kept you in the shade , as he stood by yourside . Keeping your in the shade as possible a the sun began to set. He whistled a bit just sitting there watching the clouds go by *

It wasn't until the sun was completely gone that I regained consciousness. I awoke to the sound of faint whistling, a cool breeze rising up my spine, as well. I opened my eyes to see Raiden starting at the clouds. He's still here...

* He yawned stretching feeling more alive as the sun came down. He was kinda stiff from not really moving around , but just sitting and watching over her . *
Hey ! Your awake and up! You gave me quiet a good scare , didin't think you be ok so soon.
* He smiled warmly before embracing you , and holding you in his arms *

I laughed lightly while he embraced me in his warm arms. "I'm sorry that I scared you...I'm just not on good terms with the sun. It's tough to explain, but basically, I can't handle much." It was hard to believe that a complete stranger could possibly be concerned for some girl he met in an alley. I laughed a little before gazing over his shoulder. There was no one in the park that I could see. It must have been late. "What time is it?" I asked.

* he kept her close to him , as he felt relaxed and better about the situation. Hearing her question he looked up at the moon ad judge the time.*
Id say about .... 7 or 8 , i don't wear a watch. I rather just wander about . But if you want i can take you home if you like of course.

I laughed lightly. "It's still relatively early." I enjoyed his warmth, being comfortable with a human for the first time in months.

* he smiles holding you , just sitting there enjoying the stark beauty of silence

He pulled away from her and kept his right hand in his pocket and smiled leaning onher to keep the feeling of closeness there*

"If you wish." I said smiling. I felt something different about him. He was not like humans...at all. Maybe thats why he's so willing to protect a stranger. I felt a strange energy from him. Shadow fae's were gifted with empathy. "Why do you always keep your hand in your pocket?" I asked curiously, leaning my head against him.

* He looked up into the sky and say the leaves falling from the tree*

He rubbed your back with his left arm , keeping his calm outlook. He thought for a bit then spoke*

"Being cool is over rated." I said giggling. "The night is still young and I'm not from here, so if we go anywhere, it's your choice. Some place warm would be nice, though. As much as I love the cold, I'm not exactly dressed for it." I said while pointing to my dress. Something told me that it wasn't done for being cool, but I left it at that. I didn't want to make him feel uncomfortable.

Hmmm I have no place to go to . I rather just get to know you , but if you want some place warm there is a book store with a very comfortable couch.
* he smiled as he stood up and held his left hand out to you.

His right hand came out and he held it out his palm facing up. His black tattoo swirled around his palm almost never really staying still . It had spread over his entire right arm. Raiden looked away casually , he already knew the outcome.

As he held his hand out to help me up, he revealed the mark of the chosen. Some demons choose humans that had they has interest in. They would endanger ther life and then "save" them in return for having them live lives of servitude. This was a human I could trust. Demons weren't stupid. The mark protects our kind. My eyes opened in response. He was one of us. I trailed my fingers over his tattoo, feeling the contours and taking in the exquisite detail. After he helped me up, I let him lead the way, staying quiet, planning how to tell him what his tattoo meant.

* He felt a shiver run thru his spine as she touch his tattoo it squirmed away before almost coming out of to touch her . He held his hand by his side. H ewas happy she didn't react yet he didn't know what to do but walk with her. He walked towards the little bookshop .
Why did you do that ? All you do is have me kill demons and never answer any questions except stuff that might endanger my life.

Yeah some great demon you are, you lost your memories and have no recollection of ever using powers. I have to kill these things using rudimentary methods.
He opened the door for her as he looked out into the night. He walked in and pointed to the couch , He was using his right hand freely now as he went to go buy some coffee for them*

I walked into the warm book store with him. He pointed to the couch he mentioned earlier. I made my way over there, sitting in the corner with a pillow on my lap. He came back carrying two cups of steaming coffee. The aroma quickly filled the room as he sat down next to me. I leaned on him almost on instinct.
