Scarlet: If you were maybe a bit more patient...(steps back)

The demon reforms.

Scarlet: You're assigned to Darcy, whose sin is Gluttony. She didn't absorb that demon as soon as it was destroyed so here he is again, for you. Aren't I nice? (Turns and leaves) Have fun now. (disappears)

Kobo: Good.. (unsheathes his katana and faces the demon) Now then, shall we start round 2? (Kobo dashes towards the demon at high speed his body appearing as a blur, as he reaches the demon's leg his body vanishes with even more speed with two images splitting one going to the left the other to the right to confuse the opponent in which direction i'm in. Suddenly the demon feels a powerful slash sliced vertically across his back and then feels a foot push off his back)

The demon drops to the ground from loss of a wing then gives a great roar, making the earth before it tremble.

Darcy: (Stands in the street) Ready!

Kobo: (jumps towards a side of a building and pushes it off darting straight for the demon once more slashing it clean through its neck) Well food is ready, get it while it's a hot mess.. (Sheathes his katana)

Darcy touches the demon and absorbs it entirely, releasing only the vile soul and letting her soul coin take it in.

Darcy: Got it! (yawns)

Kobo: Good job. I take it that now your sleepy from eating that soul?? (he sheathes his katana with his head lowered a bit)

Darcy: Eat a soul? Ew. But I am sleepy. I had really bad nightmares last night. (rubs eyes)

Darcy: (falls asleep in an alley and starts to dream. Her dream is a vivid nightmare of Neuma bringing mass destruction to the city, to which she awakens several hours later) Gah! Wha...where?

Kobo: Well i guess we should rest.. (sits resting his back against a wall as Darcy falls asleep and Bastian doing his own thing as)... It's ok Darcy your still here in the alley you must've had a bad dream. (he stands on his feet now that Darcy is awake)Bastian, how do you think the world will come into peace?

Darcy: (Mumbles) Scarlet?

Far away in the city, Neuma sits on a rooftop, watching children as they play soccer in the streets of Harlem. She then shakes her head and smiles a little.

Darcy: I had a bad dream again.

Bones: (Appears at the end of the alley) So what else is new?

Darcy: BONEY! (tackle hugs Boney)

Bones: (trying to break free) Darcy, I don't know WHAT convinced you that this was okay EVERY SINGLE TIME I SEE YOU!

Kobo: Hmm, perhaps your right but I'd be willing to risk my fun as long as everything bad has gone extinct. Once that day comes my katana can finally rest and so can I as I won't have to worry about if my family member or friend is doing okay when they are away and I'm sure everyone else would love to have the feeling of assurance that there loved ones will be safe in this world.. and bones could you be any louder..? well never mind that question.

Bones: Sorry. So what were the dreams about this time, kiddo?

Darcy: Scarlet. Fire. Sooo many scary people...

Bones: Scarlet? Whoa, back up. Scarlet Death? Neuma?

Darcy: (Nods) Mhm.

Bones: Well...what'd it look like?

Darcy: She looked reeaaally mean, Boney.

Bones: Ah man. (Puts Darcy down and turns, facing the opposite direction, holding his head)

Bastian: I take that to mean something isnt right, particularly regarding Miss Scarlet eh?

Kobo: Well well I might be taking action very soon I hope.. the quicker I continue to get rid of the evil in this world the quicker I can reach my goal..

Bones: (glares back at you) You listen to me, alright. Neuma's a good person. She's not evil, I'm sure of it. Keep that blade sheathed until we find out what's really going on. This isn't the first time one of Darcy's dreams have been wrong.

Darcy: But shouldn't you at least tell them?

Bones: Tell them wha-(suddenly freezes up...winds up Posessed by Death) Pardon my intrusion on this intriguing conversation, mortals...and Darcy.

Kobo: that boy is a true slave to you.. how can we help you Death?

Death: Scarlet Death...Neuma. Darcy has had a dream of her. Perhaps it is time I told more of the tale. As I personally only concern myself with the matters of natural human deaths and the deaths of angels and demons in the great beyond, I required help on this earth. I enlisted several "Reapers" people who had died and I saw fit to give a second chance...one for each sin. Neuma is a special case. When her brother died, she was the one who'd begged for a second chance for him. I couldn't allow something so passive...so we came to a compromise...she would become a reaper as well...the reaper of Pride, the most powerful Sin.

Darcy: Hm...

Death: But the difference is...she, unlike the others, is alive. The combination created the ultimate medium between the beyond and the land of the living. The Soul Weapons were the second step. I purposely created the Soul Chain and Soul Claw, Bones and Neuma's own respective Soul Weapons, to rival one another in power. But the addition of Neuma being Alive and Holding Pride as her sin made the Soul Claw unspeakably powerful. She can only use it in moderation or she'll lose control and the claw will consume her mind.

Darcy: Then she'll turn into one of the Scary People.

Death: Exactly. A Demon with that type of imeasurable power would be unstoppable...even with all of the other Soul Reapers and Weapons matched against it at once. That demon may even be able to break away Physically into the land of the living. If that were to happen...The Earth Would Go To...

Darcy: The Bad Place...

Death: No...Neuma means well but she can be reckless at times. Since she's not dead, I don't exactly have her "on a leash" metaphoricaly speaking, of course.

Bones: (Struggles into his own consciousness for a moment) I'm not killing her, Reaper. (becomes posessed again)

Death: I'm not asking you to. Just stop her from doing anything foolish.

Kobo: well what would we have to do exactly to control this female? I hope this doesn't become a babysitting mission..

Death: Please. She's more mature thana nyone her age. Her problem is with her poor judgement. She doesn't know when to use the claw and when not to so she uses its power without balance rather often. I've seen that some event in the near future drives her over the edge. It will result, most certainly, in the spawning of the "Daughter of Satan"...so to speak.
