This was discovered before all the nations fell to ruin from war. When there was no place to go, people of all the fallen nations gathered here and made plans to rebuild. Ideas spread and thus the New Worlds were created using electricity, metal, and steam-powered buildings and establishments. Memory of the Old Days are encribed upon a giant cliff wall so that they never forget the history. Statues of every avatar can be found at the base, including the last avatar, Aang. The new Avatar has not been born to guide them in their ways, but the elders are well on their way in planning and expect the new one to be born of the Water Nation, but it will be some time yet. Anyone from any of the four nations may gather here peacefully, festivals and gatherings are held here. This is also the merchant capitol. Training halls are everywhere and there are sparring arenas, just for fun. The area is surrounded by forrests, plains, and rivers. It is a highly diverse place. The steam punk generation formed here.
