The Sinnoh region is an area in the Pokémon world, comprising of the large mainland, the north-eastern island of the Battle Zone, and numerous smaller islands on both sides of the region. The Sinnoh region is currently the northern-most region known. The Kanto and the Johto regions are said to be south and southwest, while it is possible that the Almia region is connected to Sinnoh in the southwest. The region is divided by Mt. Coronet, roughly comparable to how the continent that Kanto and Johto make up is essentially a contiguous region.

*A broadcast to all trainers were sent to their Pokegear in Sinnoh*

"Hello Trainers, Breeders, Researches, Athletes, and whatever the heck you may be! This broadcast was sent to you to let you know there will be a wonderful festival going on in the Sinnoh Region!! You should forget what you're doing and go to Hearthome City in the Sinnoh Region to have lots of fun with you and you're Pokemon! Don't worry Cruise line's are free and so is air transportation for a full week! But hey! You live in Sinnoh so just come on and take a nice stroll to walk on down to Hearthome City!!!

The sun shined brightly over the festival. The atmosphere was lively and the temperature outside was just right. Not too hot nor too cold. A gentle breeze would blow here and there along with the occasional birds like Starly and Chatot would be seen flying across in the blue skies filled with white puffy clouds afloat.

As adventurers from all over gather to Hearthome city they notice a wide range of people gathered here for the festival. There are several ballons filling the air, performance floors where they spot an Aipom performing dance tricks, several vendors where trainers can play different games to win prizes or even get a chance to score some food. To the leftmost side there are several different roller coasters and a ferris wheel that would give you a nice view of most of the sinnoh region when at the highest point on the ferris wheel. Near the back of the festival several people are in position to perform on a Karaoke display. Behind the Karaoke display is a Park where people can enjoy a nice stroll, have a nice outing with friends, fish in the lake that is in the center of the park, and also find a nice spot on the grass to lay down and relax. The event is very lively with several people all happy and enjoying their time.

Announcer: Heeeeellloooooo Ladies, Gentlemen, and Pokemon to the 1st Pokemon Festival right here in your very own Hearthome city!! We hope you have a wonderful time here! Everything is free!! That's right free! Have fun meeting new people because there are people from all over! Don't forget to win prizes at the different vendors that are located randomly within the festival and also don't forget to get some grub! Mm-mm-MM! Gotta' have that food to keep you going! We also have a station that serves only desserts! So if you have an infinite sweet tooth craving we have your remedy! He waved bye to all the single ladies on the luxury free cruise. He had a great time it was full of cute girls lots of fun people to talk, and he met the occasional trainer that wanted to battle him. He was the odd one out from the entire ranger organization. He was the only one to also be a pokemon trainer and a ranger. While the others were trainers once they chose to live and work as a ranger.Anthony walked into the city of Hearthome city. The Rangers said it was a festival and some big place to try to recruit more people or at least teach them about the good pokemon can do. That they aren't our slaves to just fight to near death conditions all the time. He smiled wide as he walked around in his Uniform . He got the lucky ticket to go here , it was starting to be a good day. He talked to a few girls who thought he looked cute in his uniform. He died a little on the inside when they said that. Never the less he continued a played a few games excelling at them as he beat the local people. Never being let out of the HQ to go help people has finally paid off for this very day.

" Awesome! I am so rocking these games"

A few hours into the trip, Draco saw the horizon of the Sinnoh region.

"So we're finally here? About time I'm sure you're hungry eh, Salamence?"

It roars in agreement as it speeds off to the region.

An hour later Draco stands next to Salamence. He hugs Salamence and returns him to its pokeball.

"We'll sit down for a late lunch in a little bit. Melody~"

Draco calls on his Altaria.

"Wanna walk with me abit?"

Altaria coos and snuggles against him momentarily.

"Good. Would you also mind taking care of this egg? I'm it would love your voice and warmth."

Draco smiles at Altaria as Altaria opens up its wings. Draco places the egg within its fluffy wings as it begins humming a beautiful song.

"Thank you Melody. Now lets go get some supplies."

They both begin heading to the festival.

A staff member for the festival happily strolls along the Festival with a large bag full of items and also a briefcase is waltzing around handing out free items to random people along the way.

With that call out several people gather around him as he begins to pass out several different items all for different purposes. After a couple of minutes when the crowd has gotten their free item(s) he lets out a big "Phew".

Oh my oh my! The crowd was energetic for sure and this is the first opening of this Festival i can't wait to see what it'll be like the upcoming years! But I still have a lot of stuff left over..

He spots the trainer Draco with his Altaria accompanying him. He smiled and thought that perhaps he would like one of the very special items he had found near Spear Pillar a couple of months ago. He hurried with his bag and briefcase towards Draco.

Ah hello to you sir! I couldn't help but notice the wonderful Altaria you have with you and my must I say it really does look like a fabulously trained one. I, the Giveaway Man, believe you might have something you'd enjoy..

Putting down his bag he opens his briefcase as several tiny items are kept inside he slips out one that looks like a fang.

Do you know what this is..? It's one of the rare Dragon Fang's. No one has been able to discover what fang of dragon this came from but it is sure to boost your Dragon Pokemon's ability. I'm sure of it! Here, here take it!

He places it in Draco's hand with a smile and says goodbye to him as he continues to look for more people that would tickle his interest, He noticed the girl in green, Maxx, who was near the game and food area. He thought that it would be nice to hand her some items as well it seems she just made it to the festival. He hurried along in her direction and once again let about a big "Phew".

Hello there! I'm the Giveaway Man! I couldn't help but notice that you've just made it here. I must say the green in your clothing along with your hair color stands out. So how about we add some more color matches!

He reaches in his bag as he pulls out 3 Nest Balls, 3 Friend Balls, and 3 Dusk Balls. All of them having a color variation of green He then spots the Eevee that is accompanying

Ah you have an Eeve as well?! That's amazing! You see I live here in Sinnoh so it's rare to find such a Pokemon as him!

He hands the Pokeballs to Maxx then he also goes back in his bag and pulls out a bag that holds 6 sitrus berries and hands them to her

I'm sure your Eeve would like to snack on these. But I suggest you save a few just in case he's not feeling to well. The sitrus berries actually make a Pokemon feel better!

He nodded then said his goodbyes as he left to go find more people to give his stuff to.

"wah....."
miyuki sead worriedly, she turned around looking at linoone and delcatty calling them by there names as her voice sounded a little uneasy.

"Della! li! what shall we do?? i think we got lost again..." she sead nervously
as she was going through the woods. she just left the region kanto s she did havea map and people even showed her directions to get to Hearthome city.. she was'nt the brightest nor was she good at directions but she is very caring! as they were walking thought the woods to get to hearthome many other pokemon that wasnt even her's followed her witch she enjoyed very much with a big smile on her face. on the way she was hoping to find someone to help her find the way...

Linoone: "wah... i hope miyu will find the place soon.. im so tired..."

Delcatty: "oh shush! no complaining we must stay by miyu's side and protect her! she has done so much for us! besides... no telling what might happen if we leave her alone.."

soon after they hear a scream from miyu. as they watch her fall down tumbling on her knee's. they run after her nervous and worried.

Delcatty: "m-miyu! are you ok?" (dellcatty nudges miyu and she is a bit dizzy looking)

Linoone: "wow you were right.... are you ok miyu?"

miyu stands up stumbling a little.

Miyuki: "w-wah! that was quiet a fall hehe~! im ok~ come on! we have to get going to hearthome city!"

the pokemon smile and follow her as they each stand by her side continueing there adventure.

*a large and colorful ferry docks at the hearthome city pier and people begin to get off along with chet and zippo* ow my back...those beds felt like i was sleeping on concrete! *he stretches trying to crack his back* well atleast we made it here safe and nothing seems to be missing from our bag..and with all these people we can sell some of our stuff hehe..*he climbs up on zippo and sits near hsi flower to check on his berries* they seem to be ripe, and just in time to! *he picks the berries from theyre stem and places them into his bag* well we should be heading to the festival then, onward zippo!

Hey zippo there's a nice little corner over there we can "set up" shop *chets points over to a corner where a good ammount of people were passing through. Zippo nods and slowly makes his way towards it, trying not to get in anyones way* we can stop here for now and later we will head to where the festival is

"Hmm...what an interesting vendor, he was..."

Draco places the Fang in his pocket, as he turns to Altaria.

"What do you say we get some stuff for everyone's lunch?"

Altaria coos as they walk through the festilval picking up items and foodstuffs.

*chet frowns at watching every person pass by without evem moticing his small "shop"* well then..no ones seems too be interested in our wares here..maybe we will have better luck at the festival? *zippo nods and gets moving towards the festival* what a very interesting city...looks a little less advanced then nimbasa...*he searches through his bag looking for 2 specific items that he knows will be selling here and pulls out 5 rage candy bars and 7 casteliacones from that little store in castelia city that's always full and always sells out* maybe we can sell these for a good price as they are from another region

Anthony keeps walking around as he plays more games and shows off and struts around , occasionally talking to the few cute girls about the Rangers and dieing when they said he was cute. He decided it was best to set up a booth for information on the rangers. He Quickly got started and smiled and took a few pictures.

'Now i have proof i wasn't goofing around!. Oh , sometimes i amaze my self at how amazing i am.'

He started to demonstrate to some of the people how to tame wild pokemon and have them help out with everyday things , which was different from being a pokemon trainer. He soon got a small crowd gathered around and he was running out of ideas because the only things he could find around where the occasional Zubat and Burmy around . He decided that he could use his pokemon as he own. He let out a Cyndaquil and he quickly demonstrated how it can get rid of unwated grass and twigs around. He used a wooper and tamed it to help put out a "Forrest fire" and he did other demonstrations as he let his Cyndaquil enjoy the fresh for a while.

Rawr! I get to be free , take other pokemon! Out of my pokeball! Time to watch this world burn !!

"Cyndaquil i got your food here" ~ Anthony quickly put down some Bidoof kibble and bits.

Oh snap! Lunch time! ~ Cyndaquil walked over to his food and ate it slowly as he smiled. ~ The world can wait till after this delicious meal!

The sun was high in the air, a chilling wind blew around the dark forest, she was nearing another town soon. The young pink haired girl wondered if coming back to the Sinnoh region was the right thing to do. Wandering thoughts kept her from paying attention to her surroundings, until her partners voice called out to her.

"Pichu, Pi." The tiny Pichu on her shoulder, nudged her cheek.

The young girl named Aria's head turned and smiled at her worried Pokemon. Her delicate hand reached up patting the wise Pichu who had been with her ever since she was a little girl.
"Don't worry..I'm alright." She then whispered solemnly. "She can't get me now.."

Pichu on the other hand huffed. "I hope we don't see end or tails of her. That evil old witch!"

Aria sighed, and shook her head. "That's not nice Pichu."

"Fine.."

They made there way out off the forest, and it's evergreen clutches. Maybe, just maybe they would finally find some friends on their journey.

*chet boredly looks around watching the people around him walk by and notices a house with a sign* poffin shop? the heck is a poffin? lets go check it out zippo *he jumps off zippo and heads toward the store , opening the door taking a peek inside seeing the very small room with 3 people inside it and a strange looking machine in the middle. "venusaur.." chet turns around to look at zippo* whats wrong buddy? *he notices how big zippo was and how he couldnt fit through the door* oh...sorry buddy guess you'll have to wait out here , ill bring you back something kay? *he pets zippo and enters the shop*

*before taking another step into the store he remembers something and sticks his head out the door* oh by the way zippo, don't forget to watch our stuff. We don't want any of our wares being stolen again like last time do we? *zippo nods and backs up into a small corner in the store* well now back to what I was doing....*chet walks into the store and is greeted by a lady wearing an apron* "welcome to our poffin shop! We haven't seen you here before so you are a newcomer yes?" Uh yea I am..*chet laughs a bit and looks over at the strange machine* um you wouldn't mind telling me what's a poffin? And whatever the heck that strange contraption is?..*the lady stares at chet wideyed at him before yelling at him* YOU DONT KNOW WHAT A POFFIN IS?! *she quickly grabs his arm and drags him over to the machine which is just a fancy looking pot* "well sir! This here is where we make the poffin, a poffin is a very delicious treat for you and your pokemon! Its boosts they're happiness and they're attitude! Would you like me to show a demonstration sir?" Uh sure I guess "allright then! First put on this apron so you don't get any stains on your clothes. Then we will need 2 types of berries!" *after placing on his apron and placing an oran berry and chesto berry into the pot and a very long lesson on how to make some poffins, he walks out the store carrying a basket filled with a variety of poffins and a smaller version of the pot used to make poffins*

Walking through the crowd alone Reisha spotted Maxx who was winning all of the prizes from beating the competitors. Reisha's visage had a lost tone to it as she walked over to Maxx and tapped her on the shoulder.

You won, a Teddisura doll. May I have it..? I came all the way here because I heard it was a prize but now you've taken it so all I can do is ask for it..

She held out her right hand towards the teddiursa doll as if it would come take her hand. Her left hand stayed to her side which was attached to a very odd device. She wasn't hiding it from anyone but she always kept it to her side.

The giveaway man spotted Anthony and Miyuki. He noticed that Anthony was helping others in learning how to tame Pokemon. He thought to himself what would possibly be good for a Ranger. He snapped his fingers and smiled as he rushed over to Anthony's location and upon reaching let out a big 'Phew'.

Hello there sir! I'm the Giveaway Man! I couldn't help but notice that you are a Ranger. How do I know that? Well, your excellent teaching on how to tame Pokemon reveals it! Look here I think I have a few items that may come in handy for you and even change your future!

He opens up his briefcase and there he pulls out a lone feather that is colored silver and shines with the sunlight beaming on it. He then reaches in his bag and pulls out a bell.

Do you know what these two items are?? This here is the Silver Wing and the bell here is the Tidal bell. I've heard rumors that if you do something particular with these items you can summon the Guardian of the Sea! Here take them! I'm sure a Ranger like you could one day possibly befriend such a Pokemon

He gives Anthony the items then tells him goodbye as he heads in Miyuki's direction in a rush not to lose her. As he reaches her he again lets out a big 'Phew'.

Ah hello there miss! I'm the Giveaway Man! The way you are dressed makes me think you are a nurse? Ahah I was right! See I'm very good with my judgement skills. Now I have some items that you may like as a nurse!

He goes in his bag and hands her 5 full restores, 5 max revives, and a bag of several berries which include: Sitrus, Pecha, and Lum berry. He also gives her a small golden bag.

Here in this golden bag is something known as the Sacred Ash which was created by the legendary pokemon Ho-Oh I hear it can heal any Pokemon to 100% if you pour these ashes on it. Use it wisely! I trust you will!

He says his goodbye and goes to find other people to give his items to. He's filled with relief actually as his collection is near depletion only a few more people to find and he will soon have completed his mission of helping out several people during the festival.

*chet places the poffin pot on zippos flower, not having anywhere else to store it and gets on him* come one zippo its time to get to the festival now *zippo starts walking along with the crowd* this place is interesting...I wonder if dad has been here before...I bet he did *he start feeling a bit sad remembering his father on his death bed, he felt the feeling to cry but just held it in, zippo notices how chet was feeling and sighs* "venusaur.."

Anthony smiled as he took the two items. These were rare items indeed and wow the guardian of the sea? Who ever could that be ? He pondered and kept showing off his ranger skills he found a potential new recruit this girl actually followed him from his hometown and came over here with her parents. He smiled even though she was young he decided to let her do the explaining to other people in exchange he would allow her to use his Capture Styler. She happily agreed and he handed it over to her as he took his now happily fed Cyndaquil for a walk.

"Cynda! Cynda ! Cynda quil!!" ~ Cyndaquil flames spourted out and he ran at full speed almost using quick attack.

"Huzzah! Finally! FREE DOM!!" ~ He ran at nearly top speed zig zagging through the crowd he was determine to set this world on fire. He dashed between legs he made his way around the outer end near a forrest before going to the game corner and prize section. He quickly ran as he bumped into someone's leg. He walked over dazed and confused as he crawled/walked onto a stage as he fell down and a curtain hid Cyndaquil's body

'@-@ Smooth but hard' ~ "Cynnnnn Da"

Anthony saw Cyndaquil run off and he quickly ran after the pokemon. He sighed this always happened whenever he ate food. He was always full of energy. He was running fast he didn't notice he bumped into Chet's stall. He kept chasing him and he tripped over Draco as he was buying some food. He kept chasing Cyndaquil as he he shoulder rammed Miyuki by accident . He nearly fell as he bumped into a game Maxx was playing causing her to lose as he finally caught up to Cyndaquil as he ran hiding from sight . He was panting hard and sweating , he just ran all over the city.

' Man this Cyndaquil is pretty darn fast! I have to start remembering to put him on a leash or something or like spike his food with some sleep drug'

Miyuki finally reached the city of the carnival, she walked in into the city with her 2 pokemon as her clothes was tattered up and she was so tired and out of breath.

miyuki: "w-where here... finally you guys we are here...."

she sead tiredly, she staggered her way onto a bench as she sat down to catch her breath, her pokemon toke out her nurse kit and started to help her injuries as she gently smiled at them.

miyuki: "t-thank you...." she sead gently as she fell asleep.

Delcatty:"oh boy... dont tell me she fell asleep.... this is not good where still out in the open... miyu!!! your a nurse woman wake up! for gods sake!"

delcatty sead worriedly.

Linoone: "oh let her sleep! it toke us weeks to get here because she got lost! i it wasnt for that strange old man and the pokemon that she helped we wouldnt be here now!"

linoone sead as he was getting annoyed by delcatty.
the both stand guared as miyuki slept. watching her sleep and protecting her who ever got in her way.

At the kitchen tent of the festival, Draco set up his supplies as he started making dinner. A few minutes later he had the meal prepared as he relaeased his various pokemon from their pokeballs. Altaria hummed a beautiful melody, as salamence roared sprouting a small flame. Milotic and Dragonair curl near Altaria as they also hum to compliment Altaria.

"I hope everyone is having a good time. Tomorrow we'll look for a battle. It's always good to get to know the competition of the land. O yes my lovely ladies what do you say after tomorrow's battles I groom you all and get you guys ready for our upcoming contests?"

Milotic, Altaria, and Dragonair all hum a beautiful chord in agreement.

"Good, now lets have some dinner and get some rest for tomorrow."

Draco gives all his pokemon a nice serving of food as he sits down resting his back against Salamence. He cradles his pokemon egg beside Salamence's tail as he eats and looks lovingly at his pokemon. Upon finishing, he begins to doze off as all his pokemon huddle near him to give him warmth. Altaria uses Sing as everyone is lulled to sleep by her sweet melody.

*zippo stops in between a kitchen tent and another one and lies down* i guess we can rest here for tonight...*he looks through his bag and crates he has set up infront of him, making sure nothing is missing*

As it seemed night was approaching, but she still had not reached her destination. Growing very weary of her travels, her body started to swerve a bit. Anyone could tell she was exhausted from the long walking though the forest.

Her Pichu was getting very worried for it's masters health. 'Aria we should rest now.'

Though her master was very stubborn and would not stop for anything, nor anyone for the matter. She shook her head, trying to gulp any form of liquid in her mouth, even though it was dry as a desert.

"I'm fine. I'm alri-."

Before she could answer she collapsed onto the ground, and it wasn't to far away from a carnival or festival. The Pichu started to freak out running for help.
