| Sabi yawned as he sheathed his wakizashi, watching as the last assailant fell to the ground. Many of the townspeople stared at him in awe and fear, as he began walking.
"They aren't dead, I merely knocked, them unconscious. If they receive medical care within the next hour or so, they wont die. And while that's going on, tell the current Lord that if he wanted his name to gain fame, then perhaps he should try purchasing higher warriors, to assassinate me."
He yawns once more, before finally walking out of the town. He had only come to Neo - Edo for a quick errand. However, the moment he entered, he was attacked by a mixed group of ninja and samurai wanting his head for some Lord or another. Another shift in the political panorama was coming, and soon he knew his services would be needed, not that he minded the money and the women his job granted him.
"I suppose I should rest up...perhaps the falls, and a cup of cherry blossom tea will do me well."
A small shift in his aura happens, as he instantly disappears with lightning speed.
****
Akemi peered behind the tree, as he noted Sabi heading off. "Hmph, seems like work is going to pick up...I suppose i should head there." His body seemingly merges with the tree's shadow as he too disappears. |

| Upon entering he starts his sight seeing of the place noticing the swordsmen and sword smiths. He remembered the days when Japan was much more in a better state than it was now.
Hatred and anger this is what it causes.. But I have to say we could be in a far worse situation though I wonder if Japan will ever become what it use to be. Now we have these new weapons being created people might forget about how Japan use to be in stay in this time forever. Heh. Welp I wonder if there are some nice swords on display.
He continues to walk around now looking at some of the sword smith designs and other unique things within the town. |

| Gurek walks through the town, yawning as he passes several of the shops, he pauses momentarily as he spots Shaori of the League, he walks over to him supressing a yawn as he does
"Hello Shaori...rare to see one of you guys out without a mission..." |

Yea missions have been pretty scare lately.. I find it hard to believe though they there are no rowdy individuals that need to be corrected. Maybe the government just got scared of being assassinated now due to the new weapons created and such. Who knows. Though it is kind of relaxing but at times it can be pretty boring. |

| Well you're right it is peace, but I'm under that rule where "Do something consecutively you end up growing tired of it". So eating and napping after awhile would get boring with me as well. But because I'm bored I find something else to do like now, I don't usually sight see but it's something new to do. Hm, well you said its mercenary season maybe he went to go on a job or something. |

Sorry sorry it's just Sekadai working us hard? She has to be one of the most laid back and playful leaders ever.. She is still young after all so what can we expect haha. But everyone is doing fine Kobo's been trying to accomplish something though he's been going to Sekadai for help daily. Kobo is hard working and serious.. I guess you could say the opposite of Sekadai though he's just as good as Sekadai in combat in a way. |

| Hm, yea that's true. Now only if the whole the world can one day truly be a working harmony, that's what we strive for. To me it's ok to be a little corrupt on the inside because no one is perfect, but when you allow yourself to manifest in that corruption that is when it becomes a problem because that one individual can harm so much.. Hey I know you work as a mercenary and just accept whatever job becomes available but do you have any specific goal, something you want to achieve? |

| "Goal?"
Gurek thinks for a moment before laughing.
"Heh naw, nothing complicated like that. Life is too short to spend it looking for a singular goal to drive my entire being. As long as I live everyday like i want with plenty of sleeping and eating, I can be content." |

| Heh see, you do have a goal then its to make sure you always have that plentiful amount of napping and eating. Hm, I don't believe so ever since I was a kid I got tired of senseless violence and I've always disliked crooks, so pretty much my goal is to create peace all around the world. |

| Heh, the old fashioned way? Nothing can beat "the old fashioned way". Sure you can power up a weapon by having it transform into something else and have special powers but it means nothing if the user has no swordsmanship capabilities.
He takes out his dual daggers which extend to about only 12 inches.
Yea they are just normal daggers but when I fight with them my opponents are sure to be baffled at my skill. You see swordsmanship doesn't come from having the biggest or coolest weapon it comes from the user having the skill to be able to use a sword in such a way he makes it seem like the weapon has its own power. So pretty much, we don't use "Swords" because we don't need something that was forged to have its on power when we already give our weapons the power they need. |

| "i believe your mistaking the purpose of the "Swords", agreeably itz a different approach to the traditional way of fighting, but is a bond with our "Sword" any different than the bond with your daggers? When people see me they not only marvel at my Yugo, they marvel at my abilities to wield him. What is a weapon without the master to wield it, after all. Tho i s'pose i get yer point as well... " |

| Hm, I see.. But the difference you ask? Your weapons were specifically made to forge into something new my weapon.. My weapon is just steel.. It was made to cut not become something new but I make it something it was never meant to be by my strong-willed spirit.. That is the difference between "Swords" and our swords. |

| Hmm, maybe for your "Swords" buf mine they don't cry out for blood we don't like to kill.. Every time I face a potential opponent I ask twice for them to reconsider and do what is right. Me and my weapons don't want to see someone clothed in their own blood but sometimes it has to be done unfortunately.. Idiots will be idiots.

| Then do you deny yer weapons' shape? Look at the swords that are forged around us, they are shaped in a way to rend flesh. Perhaps not all swords cry for blood on the same level, but thy do have a base instinct for tht. If they didnt then your opponents wudnt run at the site of them, after all it was you that said ure steel daggers were made to cut |

| No, no not at all I understand what these daggers were designed for but what I'm getting at strictly is that they don't cry for blood, they only cry for justice and peace like the person who uses them. This is the "old-fashioned" way of believing perhaps. But when it comes down to the "Swords" their design is so based on killing, transforming into hammers, hack axes, and every different weapon you could imagine. I wouldn't necessarily call that a master in swordsmanship because their true forms are well at least all their forms are not even related to that of a sword. So why stick the old-fashioned way? With this fashion I can show the world what it really means to connect your spirit with your weapon. There is no need for transformation with the weapon all that is needed is the user and his spirit. Look here..
Shaori holds up his one dagger in his left hand showing it to Gurek.
How many daggers do you see me holding up?? |
