It has been 60 years since Naraku had been killed.

Families were made and children grew up to take the place of parents, making new friends and an even bigger enemy.
Of course no one knows who that is yet. The person has not made their appearance yet.

What has been made is the birth of two new jewels. The Ying and Yang shikon no tama is what the people call it.
There is a story that says demons and humans found some peace with each other. Although when a war broke out and the humans and demons fought together against a more common enemy the sacrifice was incredible. A powerful dog demon and a priestess sacrificed themselves in order to defeat this evil. But out of that was both the Shikon no Tama. This jewel was said to have looked like the Ying and Yang sign. Black and white with the souls of good and evil mixed together.

After it's appearance it quickly disappeared. Although, rumor says that it had been hidden somewhere.
Other rumors say that the after another war between humans and demons the shikon no tama split in half and the alliance between humans and demons ended.

No one knows where the jewels are or what their powers do. But it is said that these jewels, when brought together once more can create chaos or peace. It depends on who finds them.

One peaceful day in the distance there was a dark glow in the sky and two figures fought. Suddenly there was an explosion and the dark aura flew to the sky before it too exploded and small dark glows spread out across the sky.

A young wolf demon drawn to the power found three pieces in just one day. She had a light aura to her, and she was a powerful wolf demon. She was already in charge of her clan and her people followed her with unfed loyalty. She was the first wolf demon to have an angelic glow to her and with a hard head and powers she led her clan and kept them safe.

With the dark pieces in her hand she glanced down at them, "Brother..." she whispered and blinked. Why did she say brother? She did not have a brother and she certainly had no idea of the tremor that ran through her body as she held the jewels in her palm. Without a second thought she slipped them into a small bag at her side, that she had created.

The word spread, the Kuromi no tama had been destroyed. A rumor says that it had been a demon, the jewel had created a figure for itself. The demon itself was the jewel and when it's untimely death came through battle, a price had to be paid and the jewel split into pieces. The battle for the pieces and the battle for power was about to begin.

Glancing up at the sky the girl looked over the land she had acquired not only from her father and mother but also from her own power. After a while the girl closed her eyes and let the wind blow through her hair and clothes.

"It is so peaceful..." she said softly, "Yet somehow I can smell the blood in the air from another kill. Human..." she opened her eyes and reached to the small pouch at her side. Touching it gently she bit her bottom lip. "I feel as if I have to gather the rest up. For some reason I feel...like it is my destiny to bring you together..."

Opening her eyes, her face set into a look of determination. "Why I called you brother I do not know. But what I do know, is that I will not sit and wonder. I will find out the reasoning."

A white wolf jumped down from a cliff, landing gently on it's feet and walked towards her.

"Milady...there have been movements in the west of a large demon. From what the guard said, the demon screamed about power and other nonsense. But he said that the demon cried out in pain. The demon is heading straight towards us."

The girls eyes turned to look at the white wolf and nodded, "Thank you Hikaru." she said and turned, her white tail brushing up against her arm and followed after the wolf. For some reason she felt as if the demon was after her, or at least after what she possessed.

Jumping up onto higher platform she glanced around their area and noticed movement in the distance. Suddenly there was a scream then silence.

She stood there.
Quiet.
Listening.
Waiting...

After a small moment of silence there was a loud roar and a large demon emerged from the forest, pulling itself up. It had a large club in it's hand and it's body was red.

"The power!!" It laughed, "This is great! The Kurai shard has so much power!" his eyes found the girl, standing there in a pure light and aura with the white wolf by her side. "You. Give me the shards that you possess!" he said and raised his club, sending it down towards the girl.

"I pray to thee Hi no Raoin, burn thy descendant with a flame of impenetrable soul..."

From a spot submerged in the forest, a rush of fire in the form of a lion struck the demon in it's torso in an attempt to knock it off balance.
The girl responsible for the attack remained hidden.

The wolf picked up the girl and moved her out of the way, once more setting her down on her feet as the club hit the mountain and fell.

"Well, it seems like I am not the only one fighting the demon.." she whispered and glanced around, wondering where the person is, but when her eyes returned to the demon she jumped back a little in surprise.

The demon had healed in a matter of seconds, it stood up now looking uglier and bigger than before. Horns tore through it's skull and it's fangs were larger. It looked like a true demon.

"The power!" it laughed darkly. "I must have more and no one will stop me!!!"

The girl tsked, "It seems that these shards must have more power than people know..."

No my dear sister. My power is just too powerful. And you are the only one who can control it and put it back together without destroying this pitiful world.

She heard that and touched the shards. "Why do you ca-"

The girls words were caught off as she dodged another attack. "I have no time for this." slipping out a small fan, her aura glowed a little more brightly and she jumped down, running towards the demon. "I will kill you demon." she said and her fan split and became a sharp sword. "I don't need weapons..but I will not get my hands dirty on the likes of you."

"Hikaru!" She called and the wolf demon that had been by her side the entire time moved quickly and she jumped on his back. They flew up into the air and her swords glowed with her aura as she attacked the demon. She then jumped up and attacked where the shard was. Grabbing it she jumped away as the demon began to melt.

"Pathetic." she said as she was caught by Hikaru and they landed once more on the mountain. She watched as the demon roared in agony as it disintegrated into nothing. She smirked then looked down at the shard, "It seems...as if this thing...is going to cause trouble for me." she put it away.

"Good..my dear sister. It seems that two shards are better than nothing. My power is too great for the likes of normal humans and demons. One born of the same as I is the only one able to control my power. Take care of it...and it will take care of you. We are connected..in more ways than one..."

With a tsk she turned away and then remembered that there was someone hidden in the shadows. She looked at Hikaru before she began to walk away, she wanted to head back to her hide out, she knew that her clan would be wanting orders.
