*Deva gets sent flying as they all begin to recover, from behind Itachi the Giant Dog from earlier attempts to pounce on him, splitting to attack from different angles, at the same time Asura grabs Animal throwing him behind him causing Animal to go flying in the direction Pain 1st came from at the beginning of the battle, after throwing Animal, Asura's cloak is ripped apart by his saw tail revealing his full 6 armed, and 3 faced body* Preta and Animal begin to charge at Itachi*

*As the dog's split to attack itachi back steps continually forcing them to charge at me from a head on* Let's go.. *Itachi quickly dashes to the dogs running up the front right leg on one and leaping off to appear high up in the air as he forms his Crow Clone* Begone animal path, *Both he and the clone use hand signs as they both lower their head downs to their cloak before relasing a Fire Style: Phoenix Flower Jutsu with their arms out to both sides the multiple fireballs speed towards animal path as he charges the fireballs begin getting sleeker to show a more defined shape being animal path's head attempting to burn it off completely*

Kuchiyose no Jutsu *Animal path Stamps the air summoning a Giant Stone skinned Panda, the fireballs fly into the panda before fizzling out creating a haze of smoke, from the smoke suddenly 3 giant Centipedes and a giant rhino come charging in Itachi's direction *as your in the air Asura detaches 2 arms and begins firing a massive volley of Missiles at the both of you, as the smoke clears from Animal path, the panda disapears after being severely burnt as Animal Path continues "running away"*

*As the panda blocks the Phoenix Flower jutsu itachi presses his hand on the clones arm and pushes off causing itachi to be pushed off to the right with the clone pushed off to the left. Seeing Asura detach his arm Itachi forms his Mangekyou Sharingan beginning to initiates his Visual Jutsu: Rising Sun technique his eyes close as he opens his right eye letting asura path being the only one in the site of his right eye the intention is for a massive crater to instantly be burned into the ground with a few black flames similar to Amaterasu. While itachi is doing this act his clone throws back to back shuriken extremely fast at the missiles causing them to explode on contact. the shuriken throwing is just like the final battle itachi had with sasuke when they were both throwing non stop shuriken at each other. to be lit inside the crater he keeps his left eye closed as he lands to the ground with his clone*

*the flames creating the crater are absorbed harmlessly however the force of the attack sends both Asura and Preta flying, however instead of getting up they simply stay down as if destroyed, as you land the 3 dogs, the centipedes, and the rhino all charge you attempting to trample you, from quite a distance away Animal Path is tossed into the air by the The Giant Ram as she stamps the air after reaching a medium height* Kuchiyose no Jutsu *suddenly Deva Path appears in the air hovering and gaining more altitude as Animal Path drops her body becoming lifeless, the summons suddenly poof away, as Pain reaches quite a distance in the sky, he begins yelling* Itachi Uchiha you kno Pain and i commend you for understanding that however.....meet...True Pain *Chibaku Tensei *he puts his hands close together forming a very small sphere of pure gravity before firing it off, it flies exactly in the middle of us and begins shining down light as the ground begins pulling towards the gravity sphere*

I'm not done... *When Deva begins rising he closes his right eye and opens his left eye with pain in his range of vision as the second blast from Visual Jutsu: Rising Sun is activated attempting to hit pain with a crushing force with a few amaterasu flames on his body as he would be sent flying if the hit occurs. Itachi closes both his eyes* Act as my eyes.. *He says to the clone as it watches for Itachi while his eyes stay closed*

*gets sent flying while using Shinra Tensei to rip the Akatsuki robes from his body as Ame burns through them, Deva falls lifeless while stray flames slowly burn through his body badly tattered body* Earth Release Hiding Like a Mole *Deva's body drops as Nagato slowly rises from the ground with a small nose bleed and looking tired* Outer Path...*behind Nagato Outer Path appears and grabs Deva using its "tongues" it swallows Deva and chews for a few moments before spitting him back out looking fine once again* Nagato's hair changes slowly to a dingy red, as he starts a small nosebleed*

*Itachi's breathing begins to get slightly heavier*
Itachi: Is he still moving?
Clone: Yes, the host has come to summon the outer path. Deva path is completely healed again.
Itachi: I see... I will have to make sure the last one doesn't miss at all..
*Itachi stands with his clone as it watches Deva path acting as Itachi's eyes while also acting as an offensive manuever it begins to perform handsigns using Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu. The clone spits out two fireballs the second one being spit out after two seconds from the first as the fireballs attempt to cause a back to back explosion while leaving deva path's body on fire*

*Nagato slouches slightly* we're both near our limits....Shinra Tensei *as the fireballs get near they are instantly repulsed causing them to explode some distance from Deva while hiding his movements* Chibaku Tensei *forms a small gravity sphere in his hands before firing it off after it finishes, it reaches high in the sky creating a mini eclipse from the sun soon there begins an immense pull of gravity as the "moon" begins forming, as the technique begins Nagato's nosebleed is increased*

*As Deva uses his shinra tensei it falls into the plans of the clone. it put a two second wait before spitting out the 2nd fireball so if deva used Shinra Tensei the first one would take the hit while the second one is still behind and with Deva on his 5 second recharge mechanism he wouldn't be able to use his powers against the 2nd fireball. The second fireball continues to aim forward at Deva attempting to cause the effects from getting hit by a Fireball Jutsu*

Water Release: Violent Water Wave *from behind Deva, Nagato blasts out a blast of water completely dousing Deva as the fireball reaches us creating a large smokescreen* let's do this *from Itachi's side the clone sees Deva moving with extreme speed, as the smokescreen clears he sees that nagato has disappeared once more, Deva launches 2 Chakra disruption blades one at Itachi and one at the clone, attempting to skewer them both in the stomach*

Clone: Move to my direction quickly!
*Itachi dashes to the side the clone is on while the clone takes itachi's spot. the clone flips his hand slamming it under one of the Disruption blades sending it upward while dodging the other as it still heads for itachi*
Clone: it's up to you now.. *the clone haze dashes to itachi to block the last chakra disruption as the clone turns into crows as they fly away*
Itachi: (it's time for the final strike..) *his eyes remained closed however they begin to twitch*

Nagato: i refuse to fall for your Sharingan once more time Itachi....
*As the clone moves to block the last chakra disruption blade, Deva path launches a another one slightly longer than the last 2* Shinra Tensei *he pushes the blade with much greater speed attempting to skewer Itachi in the abdomen using the dissipating clone as a distraction*

*Sensing his clone dispersing Itachi continues to run around with his eyes closed having to determine where Deva is standing. Once he hears the thrown blade hit the ground from the latest blade he quickly determines the way it traveled*
I've got you..! take this! *itachi opens his eyes amazingly wide with his mangekyou showing and the whiteness of his eyes have veins carved into them as he attempts to crush Deva's body while torching his body with a few Amaterasu flames leaving a huge crater in the ground with the mangekyou's design engraved in the crater as itachi quickly closes his eyes and opens them slowly his eyes back to normal and veins still are visible in the whiteness of his eye8

*as Itachi shouts Deva quickly runs forward, as the crater explodes catching one of Deva's legs, causing him to fly forward before splashing into the lake, he skids on the surface briefly before sinking below the water's surface, as he disappears below the surface, Nagato slowly emerges from the ground bhind Itachi using Hiding like a mole technique as his mechanical legs surface it fires a chakra blade attempting to stab through Itachi's spine/stomach*

*Itachi turns hearing the crackling of dirt and grass as nagato rises up from the ground he blocks the chakra blade with his arm still feeling the effects of chakra disruption as he fights against the paralysis genjutsu instilled inside the blade eventually pulling the blade out of his arm. His breathing continues to remain a bit heavy eyes still showing signs of strain he backs himself away from nagato looking towards the lake Deva slipped into and back to nagato keeping a constant watch

*as Itachi briefly fights against the paralysis, there is a slight earthquake, as Nagato fires another Chakra Blade hitting hs stomach as an immense blast of water suddenly erupts under Itachi sending him skyward before causing him to crash to the ground, as the only image in Itachi's head is Pain rinnegan*

*attempts to haze step to the side avoiding the chakra blade while still getting hit from below with the water blast as he shots up into the air and crashes to the ground. A few moments later he gets up slowly from the ground still breathing a bit heavy the strain in his eyes seems to be fading a way but not fully gone yet. He reaches in his cloak and pulls out a full hand of shuriken with his left hand*
